BFM Festa 2025 FAQs

BFM FESTA GUIDELINES

1.   The event will be held at XYLO, Taguig City, registration will start at 4pm. Program is from 5:30pm to 9pm on July 26, 2025, Saturday.

2.   Early Bird rate of Php 2,200 will hold from June 17, 2025 until June 30, 2025.

3.   Regular rate of Php 2,500 will hold until tickets last.

4. Only the following modes of payment are accepted:

GCash to GCash

Maya to Maya

Bank to Maya

Bank to GCash payments are NOT accepted this time and will NOT be honored due to difficulties in confirming payments.

All bank to GCash payments will be refunded* and the slot will be opened again.

*Note that refund of bank to GCash transfer can only be effected after GCash confirms successful transfer.

5. Only BFM members can register for a family or friend.

6. One guest per member only. There are separate registration forms for BFM members and non-BFM members. This means separate payment for each registrant.

7. Only BFM members are eligible for raffle entries. Guest ticket’s raffle entry will be given to BFM member who registered them.

8. BFM member is responsible for their guest and must ensure they follow BFM rules.

9. Please double check registration details especially email address and mobile number; otherwise, we would not know how to contact you.

10. The ticket purchase is good for entry, souvenir, food, and 1 alcoholic & 1 non-alcoholic drink. You may purchase more drinks at the venue for your own account.

11. Deadline of transfers of tickets to another BFM member is on July 20, 2025. Due to logistical limitations, we will enforce this rule strictly.

12. Attendees must be 18 years old and above as of July 26.

13. You may bring your ARMY bomb.

 

Note: BFM Membership must be of good standing as of the date of the event.

 

TICKET TRANSFER GUIDELINES

1. Tickets can only be transferred to a BFM member. The ticket holder should still be a BFM member until the day of the event.

2. Deadline for submission of ticket transfers is July 20, 2025. Any submissions after July 20, 2025 will no longer be honored.

3. A ticket transfer form will be sent upon request.
